About Blas

Blas Café is a community-driven gem in the belly of one of Dublin’s most historical buildings. Since 2014, our cafe has been decorated by resident artists of the Chocolate Factory. Blas is a spacious and friendly hub with homemade and seasonal dishes and delicious Roasted Brown coffees and specialty drinks.

We’re based in the oldest poured-concrete building in Dublin, the Chocolate Factory, and the high ceilings and spacious rooms allow for multiple pockets and groups in our local community to have the space to sit down and share stories and food, which is what we’re all about.
